Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Meadow Supply order any time before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

How to cancel

Email hello@meadowsupplyco.com with the subject line "Cancel order #" followed by your order number, or call +61 489 269 685 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST).

After dispatch

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it under our 30-day refund policy once it arrives.

Custom orders

Custom or made-to-order items can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After that, materials and maker time have been committed and we are unable to offer a refund.

Refund timing

Cancellation refunds are processed within 2 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to display the credit.
