Refund Policy

At Meadow Supply, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund unless faulty.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

How to request a refund

Email hello@meadowsupplyco.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions. You can also call us on +61 489 269 685.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except where the item arrived damaged or faulty. In that case we will cover return shipping and replace the item or refund in full.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to display the credit.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
