Shipping Policy

Meadow Supply ships Australia-wide from our studio at Suite 2A, 596 North Road, ORMOND VIC 3204.

Delivery times

• Melbourne metro: 3–5 business days
• Other Australian capital cities: 4–7 business days
• Regional and remote Australia: 7–10 business days

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment via Australia Post or Sendle, with tracking provided by email.

Shipping rates

• Flat-rate shipping: AUD $12.00 per order
• Free shipping on orders over AUD $150.00

Fragile items

Ceramics and glassware are packed with recyclable wool wrap and corrugated card. If something arrives damaged in transit, photograph it and email hello@meadowsupplyco.com within 7 days and we will replace it at no charge.
